Club Information
The club meets every Friday, commencing at 7:45pm, at the Poverest Coronation Hall in Bridge Road, Orpington.
Three competitions are held each week; air rifle, air pistol and CO2 pistol, each on a 6-metre range. There are also year-long competitions, with prizes presented at the AGM in November. These events are held in the spirit of friendly competition. Rifles and pistols must be .177 calibre and not have telescopic sights.
There is a “Green Fee”, currently standing at £3.50, for each attendance. Liquid refreshments are free. There is a yearly fee of £48 which covers NSRA membership and insurance.
Members are expected to assist in putting up the range and its disassembly.
Kent Rangers is not interested in recruiting unsafe shots. The club expects all members, Seniors and Juniors to behave in a sensible and safe manner when attending the club.
The safety rules will be observed and the instructions of the Range Officers must be followed.
